Residing in Maricopa, Arizona, the couple primarily services and focuses on businesses throughout Maricopa County, and the State of Arizona, although their network of business relationships is international.
Phil Salmon: Having earned a BS degree in finance and an MBA in MIS, Phil brings with him a diverse business background encompassing the areas of; finance, accounting, computer programming, marketing and business development. Having worked in mid-high level management positions, Phil is experienced in the challenges that accompany decision making and the subsequent accountability for those decisions. Additionally, Phil is a seasoned entrepreneur and business owner which further enhances the value he brings to the table. "It is difficult to advise someone on how they can improve their business if you haven't walked a mile in their shoes. Suggestions are easy to make when it is not your money being spent - but the game changes when you are the one footing the bill!"
Jara Salmon: Having earned her BS degree in Business with specialization in economics and statistics and having spent 15 years in procurement, operations and logistics environment, she has a diverse background as well. She has been an entrepreneur for over 8 years. "Identifying and solving challenges, maintaining strong and varied skills, and being able to work with people has allowed me the opportunity to utilize my education, training and experiences to share and apply this knowledge with other success-minded individuals and companies." People often refer to her as "the ruthless compassion queen" - as she enjoys people but can be direct with her suggested solutions.
